Deborah Feldstein

Deborah T. Feldstein is a seasoned attorney whose practice spans mortgage foreclosures, tax sale certificate foreclosures, condominium lien enforcement, title litigation, landlord–tenant disputes, and workouts involving distressed real estate. She represents banks, private lenders, investors, condominium associations, and property owners, providing strategic guidance through complex transactions and disputes with a practical, results-driven approach.
Throughout her career, Ms. Feldstein has managed hundreds of tax lien foreclosure actions from initial demand through final judgment/sheriff’s sale, as well as post-judgment proceedings such as motions for surplus funds and eviction matters. She is adept at negotiating settlements, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and she regularly advises clients on ways to resolve matters efficiently while minimizing risk. Ms. Feldstein also represents her tax lien clients in cases where the property owner has filed for bankruptcy protection and can assist tax lien holders with bankruptcy litigation matters. Ms. Feldstein also handles residential and commercial real estate matters.
